We are not financial advisors, and nothing on this website, in our products, or in our communications should be construed as financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and account management.

3.3. Intellectual Property & License

When you purchase an Expert Advisor from HybridPropBot, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the software for your personal trading.

• You may not copy, distribute, resell, or share our .ex5 files, set files, or manuals.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of our software is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license revocation and potential legal action.

3.4. System & Broker Dependencies

Our software requires a stable internet connection, a Virtual Private Server (VPS), and a reliable MetaTrader 5 broker to function correctly. HybridPropBot is not liable for trading losses caused by VPS outages, broker slippage, widened spreads, liquidity issues, or MT5 terminal disconnections.

3.5. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and completing a purchase on HybridPropBot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and these Terms of Service.
